Sales Development Representative (SDR) at One Firefly

We are excited to announce that One Firefly is seeking a U.S.-based Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team remotely. As an SDR at One Firefly, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advancing your own career in sales.

Location: Remote in U.S.

Salary Range: $50,000 - 60,000

Commission: $40,000 - $50,000

On Target Earnings Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Role Overview: 

As an SDR at One Firefly, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients for the sales team. You will engage in new account outreach using cold calling as the main outbound prospecting methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule qualified meetings with target accounts

  • Heavy emphasis on cold calls, with occasional cold emails and social selling outreach

  • Understand the market opportunity, ICP and Personas, and key issues that One Firefly solves

  • Record market data and insights discovered through cold outreach with target account

  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of One Firefly’s ideal outbound tactics, analytics, and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience

  • Live in USA

  • Will not require citizen sponsorship

  • Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range expectations.

  • Nice to have: SDR or any kind of sales experience is a plus, but not required.
