Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Interdependence

We are excited to announce that Interdependence is seeking a U.S.-based Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join our dynamic team remotely. As an SDR at Interdependence, you will play a crucial role in our growth while advancing your own career in sales.

Location: Remote in U.S and Canada

Salary Range: $50,000 - 60,000

Commission: $40,000 - $50,000

On Target Earnings Range: $90,000 - $100,000

Role Overview: 

As an SDR at Interdependence, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities with potential clients for the sales team. You will engage in new account outreach using an exclusively cold-calling focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hunter mindset

  • Can handle 30-40 live convos every day

  • 2+ years of cold calling experience required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience

  • Live in North America (USA or Canada)

  • Will not require citizen sponsorship

  • Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range.
