On Target Earnings Range: $120,000
Salary Range: $60,000
Commission: $60,000

Location: Remote (U.S.) — must be able to work Eastern‑time business hours.
Pittsburgh‑area candidates can join optional in‑person sessions.

Function Overview: This SDR will be the intersection of marketing and sales. The SDR will help drive top-of-funnel activity and play a crucial role in turning contacts into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Can handle 30-40 live convos every day
Will make 150-200 cold calls every day
3 years of cold calling experience required
